Browsing Our Online Store

Navigating our online store is super easy! Use the main menu to explore categories like Chinnon, Crepe, Handblock, Chanderi, Mulmul, Maheshwari Sarees, and more.

  • Click on any category name (e.g., Sarees) to land on its dedicated page.
  • From there, click on a product to view details, descriptions, and closer images.
  • Need to check out other categories? Use the top navigation bar to switch effortlessly.

Setting Up an Account

You don’t need an account to shop with us—but creating one has its perks!

  • To create an account, head to My Account and sign up.
  • Prefer to shop as a guest? No problem! You’ll have the option to create an account during checkout if you change your mind.

Adding Items to Your Cart

Found something you love? Here’s how to add it to your cart:

  1. Check the color, size, and quantity (if applicable).
  2. Click Add to Cart.
  3. A pop-up will confirm the item has been added. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Reviewing Your Cart

At any time before placing your order, you can review or update your shopping cart.

  • To delete an item, click the cross (X) icon.
  • To adjust the quantity, use the + or – buttons.
  • The order total updates automatically with every change.

Once your cart is ready, click “Proceed to Pay” to start checkout.

Checkout Process

On the Checkout Page, you can choose to shop as:

  • A guest, entering your details manually.
  • A registered user, where your saved billing and shipping addresses will autofill.

For shipping, please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

  • Review your details carefully, then click “Continue” to confirm your order.
  • You’ll be directed to a secure payment gateway for payment via:
    • Razorpay

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

Order Confirmation & Shipping

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with the courier details and a tracking number. Use it to track your order on the courier’s website.

We’ll also keep you updated at every step with SMS and email notifications.
